CLIENT EXPERIENCE & OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

Role Overview

We seek a highly organized and proactive individual to coordinate client relationships, talent engagements, projects, productions, internal operations and the company's social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate client and talent communication, onboarding and follow-ups.
• Manage project schedules, productions, events and vendor coordination.
• Maintain operational trackers, calendars and meeting documentation.
• Coordinate content planning, production, approvals and publishing.
• Manage the company's social media platforms and content calendar.
• Monitor social media engagement and prepare performance updates.
• Track deliverables, deadlines and outstanding tasks.
• Take ownership of assigned operational activities and ensure timely execution.

Requirements

• Experience or demonstrated competence in operations, administration, project coordination or social media management.
• Good organizational, communication and multitasking skills.
• Practical knowledge of social media management and content planning.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in digital collaboration and productivity tools.
