Client Experience & Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

Build real business experience while you’re still in school.
Are you a college student studying business, marketing, or communications? At Bliss Beauty Bar, you’ll learn directly from the founder of a growing luxury skincare spa and gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and small business operations that most students don’t get until after graduation.

Our front desk is the heart of the client experience. It’s where relationships are built, where clients discover the products and programs that support their skin goals, and where much of our business growth happens. We’re looking for someone outgoing and motivated who sees what needs to be done and does it.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome every client and create a warm, polished experience from arrival to checkout
• Manage scheduling, appointments, and daily front desk operations
• Help grow retail sales, memberships, and client rebooking
• Build lasting client relationships through thoughtful follow-ups and personalized service
• Create social media content with guidance and support from our founder
• Share fresh ideas to improve the client experience and daily operations

Pay & Growth

• Starting at $15/hour for front desk responsibilities
• Pay increases to $17/hour and beyond as you take on marketing, social media, and event responsibilities

Schedule
Shifts are available Tuesday through Saturday, and we’ll work with you to build a schedule that fits your classes:

• Tuesday: 11:00 to 4:00
• Wednesday and Thursday: 10:00-6:00
• Friday: 10:00 to 4:00
• Saturday: 9:30 to 3:00

Minimum commitment is two shifts per week, including two Saturdays per month. This is an ongoing position, available to start now.
