Are you a naturally warm, helpful and organised person who takes pride in making people feel welcome?

We’re looking for a Client Experience Assistant to join our team on a full-time, Monday–Friday basis and help create an environment where clients, guests and colleagues feel supported, valued and ready to do their best work.

What you’ll be doing

• Welcome and support clients and guests, creating a warm and professional first impression.
• Prepare meeting rooms and shared spaces, ensuring everything is ready, well presented and working as it should.
• Anticipate client needs and resolve issues quickly to create a seamless experience.
• Keep on top of stock, maintenance and day-to-day requirements to ensure the workspace runs smoothly.
• Build positive client relationships, respond to feedback and look for ways to continually improve the experience.
• Support your team and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace.
