Client Experience Associate

PACE is looking for a Client Experience

Associate (Front Desk) to help create a warm, organized, and positive experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Some college education is required for this position.

Any level of college coursework is acceptable for this position.

Responsibilities will include:

Welcoming clients and helping them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.

Manage check-ins, bookings, and schedule updates. Answer client inquiries in a warm and professional way.

Basic computer skills are required to effectively manage our booking and scheduling systems.

Proficiency in MS Office, email/internet, database entry, and point of sale systems is required.

A minimum of 6 months customer service experience is required.

Support day-to-day front desk and admin tasks

Help keep the space organized and ready for the day
