We're looking for a warm, personable, and dependable individual to join our Naples team!

About the Role

The Client Experience Associate is a part-time, in-store position for someone who loves being around people, enjoys a beautiful retail environment, and takes pride in the little details that make a store feel special.

This role is a little bit of everything. From welcoming clients and answering phone calls to assisting with day-to-day store operations and keeping the space looking its best, you'll help create a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients and design community.

We're looking for someone who is naturally welcoming, organized, proactive, and happy to jump in wherever needed.

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and daily store operations.
• Help maintain an organized, polished, and inviting store environment.
• Assist with keeping merchandise organized and the store looking its best.
• Support the team with client requests, deliveries, and other tasks as needed.
• Help ensure every client has a positive and memorable experience.

What We're Looking For

• A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine love of working with people.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A dependable, proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Professional communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• The ability to multitask and work independently while supporting a team.
• An interest in interiors, furnishings, or design is a plus.
• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule

This is a part-time position working approximately 2–3 days per week at our Naples, Florida store. We're looking for someone who can provide consistent, dependable support throughout the year. Specific days and hours can be discussed during the interview process.
