Client Experience Associate Intern

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Client Experience Associate Intern to support our Client Experience team and learn firsthand about healthcare advocacy in the Philippines. In this role, you will assist in day-to-day operations, support client onboarding initiatives, and gain valuable exposure to digital healthcare solutions that empower local communities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team with preparing materials and guiding new clients through setup and initial onboarding
• Help organize, clean, and manage client data and feedback records to support team reporting and health tracking
• Assist in tracking, documenting, and summarizing outcomes from community outreach and LGU engagements
• Provide administrative and operational support to Client Experience Specialists and Managers across various projects

About you

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, Business, or other related medical fields.
• Strong interest in healthcare advocacy
• Eagerness to learn
• Proficiency in digital tools
• Preference for applicants with a DOST scholarship
• Can commit on completing the internship hours
