Tucker Insurance Group is expanding our Tampa team and seeking outgoing, motivated individuals to join us as Client Experience Concierges in Health Insurance Sales.

This role combines client service, relationship building, and health insurance sales. You'll work directly with prospective clients to understand their coverage needs, explain available options, and create a professional and positive experience throughout the enrollment process.

We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and the resources needed to help you build confidence and succeed in the health insurance industry.

What You'll Do

• Communicate directly with prospective health insurance clients
• Learn about individual health coverage needs
• Educate clients on available health insurance options
• Provide a welcoming and professional client experience
• Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
• Answer coverage questions clearly and professionally
• Maintain consistent client communication and follow-up
• Build strong client relationships
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
