Whealth Care Solutions is expanding our Tampa team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Client Experience Concierges helping clients navigate their health coverage options.

You'll work directly with prospective clients to understand their needs, introduce available coverage options, answer questions, and guide them from their initial consultation through enrollment.

The primary focus of this position is health insurance sales, client communication, enrollment, and relationship building. Paid training is provided, and previous insurance experience is not required.

What You’ll Do

• Speak directly with prospective clients
• Identify individual health coverage needs
• Present and explain available coverage options
• Answer questions regarding coverage
• Guide clients through the enrollment process
• Maintain professional communication and follow-up
• Build positive client relationships
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
