Client Experience Coordinator

Position: Client Experience Coordinator

Job Purpose: The Client Experience Coordinator will be tasked with executing tactics to continuously cultivate a culture of excellence that enhances Freeman Recovery Center’s mission and helps deliver a world-class care experience for every client in every level of care.

Reports To:  Associate Director of Client Experience

Level of Supervision Required: General

Job Responsibilities

• Executes service excellence tasks designed to improve the overall experience of care.

• Helps create a culture of passion and commitment for exemplary service excellence.

• Helps analyze client experience data and feedback from client encounters to drive better care experiences.

• Works with clinical teams to strengthen service orientation and identify specific communication skills needed for effective, culturally appropriate, and empathetic communication with clients.

• Maintains knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, policies, laws, and guidelines that impact the department and organization.

Education and Experience required/degree and/or certification required (if applicable):

• Excellent communication skills

• Some behavioral health experience preferred
