What they need

Job Summary

At Renegade Health Center, we believe that the experience someone has when they walk through our doors is just as important as the care they receive.

We're looking for an upbeat, personable, and hardworking individual who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in making a difference in someone's day.

Our front office is an active, people-focused environment where staying organized, taking initiative, and anticipating the needs of others are essential to keeping our office running smoothly.

We're looking for someone who brings positive energy to the workplace, takes initiative without being asked, and understands that every interaction matters. Someone who notices when a person needs help, supports their teammates, and looks for solutions rather than excuses.

We believe adversity reveals character. What matters to us is how you respond when things get busy, plans change, or an unexpected challenge arises. We value people who remain composed, communicate respectfully, take ownership of their responsibilities, and approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.

You don't need previous chiropractic, healthcare, or front desk experience to succeed here. We'll provide the training, guidance, and tools necessary to succeed. You bring the work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine desire to help others.

At Renegade, we take our work seriously, but we don't believe work has to feel like a chore. We enjoy what we do, support one another, and take pride in creating an environment where patients feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.

If you're someone who enjoys staying busy, thrives on helping others, embraces challenges, and wants to be part of a team that holds itself to a high standard, we'd love to learn more about you.

Responsibilities: What You'll Do

As a Client Experience Coordinator, you'll help create an exceptional experience for every patient while ensuring our front office operates efficiently, accurately, and professionally.

  • Patient Experience & Communication: Welcome patients, anticipate their needs, manage phone calls, and ensure every person feels acknowledged, respected, and valued.
  • Scheduling & Patient Coordination: Manage appointments, coordinate patient flow, assist with new patient onboarding, and help patients navigate their visits.
  • Organization & Administrative Operations: Maintain accurate patient records, prepare necessary materials, complete daily administrative responsibilities, and keep the front office organized.
  • Financial & Office Procedures: Process routine payments, follow established procedures, and ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and consistently.
  • Teamwork & Problem-Solving: Recognize priorities, take initiative, assist teammates, and respond to unexpected challenges with professionalism and composure.

Qualifications

  • Positive & Personable: You genuinely enjoy helping people, communicate with warmth and confidence, and bring a constructive attitude to the workplace.
  • Dependable & Hardworking: You show up prepared, take pride in your work, and stay productive.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: You notice the little things, value accuracy, and consistently follow through on your responsibilities.
  • Adaptable & Composed: You can juggle competing priorities, think clearly under pressure, and remain professional when things don't go as planned.
  • Accountable & Coachable: You take ownership of mistakes, welcome constructive feedback, and actively work to improve.
  • Team-Oriented & Proactive: You recognize when something needs attention, step in to help, and understand that everyone contributes to the success of the office.

Experience is not our deciding factor. Previous healthcare or front office experience is not required. We provide structured training and clear expectations, but we expect every team member to bring the work ethic, integrity, and willingness to learn necessary to succeed.
