The Role

• Provide 5-star hospitality services to clients
• Prime location
• All-round administrative and operations support

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing all-round administrative and operations support to club members.
• Provide 5-star hospitality services to our all our clients. From co-working space to serviced office, Eaton Club Lounge and event venue.
• Upkeep and always maintain our workspaces at a high standard, which includes facilities and environment management.
• Build up good relationship with members and manage membership database.
• Collaborate with both internal and external parties to support events logistics and ensure all events run effectively and efficiently.
• Handle ad hoc assignments or project as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
• At least 2 years’ experience in frontline customer services, preferably gained in hospitality industry or business center
• Cheerful, initiative, service-oriented and able to communicate with people of different culture background
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
