Client Experience Executive (VIP & Corporate Clients)

Location: Central
Salary: $3500 - $4300 (Depending on experience)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri office hours
Duration: 2 Years contract (renewable)

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, including senior representatives and key stakeholders, to understand their needs and enhance their overall experience.
• Manage tenant feedback, enquiries and service recovery matters promptly, ensuring issues are followed through and resolved professionally.
• Maintain a strong presence within the property, welcoming and assisting tenants and visitors while serving as a professional point of contact.
• Conduct property tours and introduce tenants, prospects and visitors to the building’s facilities, shared spaces and nearby amenities.
• Support tenant engagement initiatives, community programmes and activities that encourage interaction and foster a vibrant tenant community.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate tenant-related activities, events and programmes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, prospects and industry professionals to support community-building and tenant engagement efforts.
• Stay updated on property information, facilities and surrounding amenities, while undertaking other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, concierge, tenant relations or a related field.
• Prior experience in the airline, hospitality, property or VIP, Luxury industry is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with tenants and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent customer service mindset with a high level of empathy and professionalism..
