Client Experience Lead

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and people-oriented individual who can build strong relationships with both clients and staff. This role will support client communication, account coordination, staff performance, and day-to-day concerns while helping identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships.

Salary Range: 30,000 - 40,000
Shift Type: Nightshift

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for client concerns, requests, account updates, and ongoing relationship management.
• Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients and staff through consistent communication and support.
• Track account performance, contract updates, renewals, reports, and internal coordination to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve KPIs, strengthen client accounts, and identify opportunities for growth or additional services.
• Address client and staff concerns with a professional, responsive, and solutions-oriented approach.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in account management, client services, customer support, or a similar role involving client and staff coordination.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills with a friendly and professional approach.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, MS Office, and other productivity tools.
• Proactive, adaptable, and dependable, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently and work well with established processes.
