What they need
At College Planning Experts, building lasting trust with families begins the moment they connect with us. We are searching for a proactive Client Experience Manager to elevate every step of our client journey through exceptional service, sales process coordination, clerical oversight, and event execution.
You will be the face of a firm built on a deeply personal mission: Founder Brian Safdari came to the U.S. as a refugee, gave up dream college offers due to a lack of financial aid guidance, and accumulated $53,000 in debt before dedicating his life to solving this problem, ultimately helping 25,000+ families secure $1 billion+ in funding. To champion this legacy, we need a proactive professional who thrives on building genuine relationships and creating seamless experiences for the families we serve. Supported by our collaborative team of College Planners, Advisors, and strategic partners, you will enjoy an environment where your leadership in client care drives both firm success and your own professional evolution.
Our Mission: Our mission is to help our clients build a living legacy that strengthens their Faith, Family, and Friends, providing them the Financial Freedom to live according to their deepest values.
