They're a growth-focused, values-driven business that prides itself on genuine client relationships and a supportive, high-performing team culture.
About the Role
This is a fantastic entry point into financial services for a customer service professional ready to build a long-term career. As the first point of contact for clients, you'll handle day-to-day enquiries via phone, email and online chat, while also gaining exposure to post-settlement operations including contract maintenance and loan discharges.
You'll join a small, close-knit client experience team, with genuine scope to grow within the business. This role suits someone who thrives on solving problems, loves talking to people on the phone, and wants to build a career in lending — prior industry experience isn't required, just the right attitude and a relevant degree background.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling inbound commercial and residential client enquiries, resolving issues via phone, email and online chat
- Supporting internal sales and operations teams with contract and loan information
- Preparing statements, letters and documents on client request
- Updating client details and processing loan maintenance

- Identifying and escalating complex issues or complaints
- Assisting clients with online banking and mobile app usage
- Supporting the Post Settlement team with contracts, refunds, hardship restructuring and loan terminations
- Processing residential and commercial loan discharge
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' customer service experience — banking or financial services experience is a plus, but not required
- A degree in finance, business, economics or a related field is desirable
- Genuinely comfortable and confident spending a large part of the day on the phone
- Excellent phone manner and natural warmth when dealing with clients
- Strong attention to detail and a "get it right the first time" mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a genuine willingness to learn
- Strong Word and Excel skills
- Full Australian working rights are essential, we can not offer sponsorship or progress candidates on working holiday visas

- Variety across client service and post-settlement operations
- Clear pathway to build your career in financial services
- Supportive team environment that values curiosity and initiative
- $70,000 - $75,000 + Super
