Responsibilities:

• Client Support & Communication: Answer inbound calls, emails, and walk-in requests while providing clear, empathetic solutions.
• Issue & Complaint Resolution: Take ownership of client problems, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex concerns to internal teams.
• Feedback Collection: Design surveys, review client feedback, and prepare reports to measure satisfaction.
• Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems and build long-term loyalty.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to align company operations with client needs

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline
• Previous experience in a similar role within a clinic is preferred.
• Cheerful, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple appointments, and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic medical record systems.
