Duties

• Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts
• Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs and explaining product benefits clearly
• Conduct analysis of client information to recommend suitable insurance policies and coverage options
• Negotiate terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining compliance with company policies
• Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, follow-ups, and updating customer records accurately
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products via various channels, including multilingual outreach when applicable
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and assisting clients throughout the sales process

Experience

• Previous experience in outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training!
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and persuasively
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to analyze client needs effectively
• Familiarity with sales administration tools or CRM systems is advantageous but not mandatory
• A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for marketing, benefits administration, and insurance sales roles
