Part-time with room to grow
Toxxology is an East Nashville med spa focused on thoughtful, personal care. We're looking for a Client Experience Specialist who makes each visit feel welcoming and well organized, from first inquiry through checkout.
What you'll do
Welcome clients and keep the front desk and daily schedule running smoothly
Answer inquiries, help clients book, and follow up after visits
Support check-in, checkout, rebooking and clear communication with the team
Restock supplies, track inventory and place reorders
What we're looking for
Client-facing experience: hospitality, salon/spa, retail or front desk
Warm communication, attention to detail, comfortable juggling priorities
Interest in skincare and wellness. Med spa experience welcome, not required
