Job Summary

What You’ll Do

• Greet every guest with professionalism and warmth
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries promptly
• Process payments and handle daily closing procedures
• Support stylists with schedule optimization
• Promote retail products and salon promotions
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front-of-house environment
• Help drive client rebooking and retention

You are the first impression and the final touchpoint.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic computer skills (POS systems Meevo a plus)
• Reliable and punctual
• Team-oriented mindset

Salon experience is a plus, but personality and work ethic matter most.
