Client Experience Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Client Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Your focus will be on fostering strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing client accounts to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.

Duties

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
• Manage and nurture client relationships through regular engagement and personalized support.
• Resolve customer service issues promptly by identifying problems and offering appropriate solutions.
• Maintain clear internal communication with team members to ensure client requests are addressed accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and aligned with client expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery processes and enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, client relationship management, or a related role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using practice management software or other relevant tools is preferred.
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
