Client Experience Specialist

Summerfield Spa is a small, established boutique spa with a holistic approach to beauty and wellness. We’re looking for a warm, organized, computer-savvy Client Experience Specialist to help create a welcoming, seamless experience for our clients and support the day-to-day running of the spa.

This is a varied, hands-on role not just a reception position. You’ll be an important part of the client experience, from the first phone call or greeting through booking, checkout, and follow-up.

Schedule

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide attentive, professional customer service.
• Answer phones and assist with client questions.
• Schedule and manage appointments and bookings.
• Check clients in and out and process transactions using the point-of-sale system.
• Assist with inventory tracking and other day-to-day spa operations.
• Use Excel and other computer systems to support administrative tasks.
• Keep the reception and client areas organized and inviting.
• Learn about the spa’s services and products to help clients find the right information.
• Pitch in with a variety of tasks in a small, collaborative boutique environment.

We’re Looking for Someone Who

• Is comfortable using computers, spreadsheets—especially Excel—and point-of-sale systems.
• Is organized, dependable, engaging, and attentive to details.
• Communicates warmly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Can balance multiple responsibilities and use good judgment.
• Is willing to learn and adapt as needs shift throughout the day.
• Has an interest in beauty, wellness, and creating a positive client experience.

An interest in appearing in social media content is a plus, but the priority is excellent client care and reliable support of bookings, inventory, and front-desk operations.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
