Client Experience Specialist

barre3 Felida is a neighborhood barre studio that has been part of the Felida community for over a decade. Our front desk is the heart of the studio: the first smile clients see and the reason so many of them feel like our studio is their home away from home!

What you’ll do

• Greet every client by name and make first-timers feel welcome with a warm tour
• Sell without selling: after class, have genuine conversations with new clients about how class felt and what they’re looking for, then help them find the intro offer or membership that fits
• Check clients in, answer questions, and handle bookings in Mariana Tek
• Complete client follow-up to-dos from our Client Concierge
• Keep the lobby, studio, and restrooms guest-ready between classes
• Help with retail sales and keep displays tidy
• Open or close the studio using our checklists
• In rare emergencies, help with Play Lounge coverage

Who you are

• Warm, friendly, and naturally great with people
• Comfortable talking with clients about offers and memberships; you lead with curiosity, not a sales pitch
• Reliable and on time; your team can count on you
• You notice the little things and take pride in a tidy, welcoming space
• Comfortable with basic software and quick to learn new systems
• Available for early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
