What This Role Is

• Work from home full time, guiding families by phone toward life, health, financial planning coverage that actually fits. You review available plans, weigh costs against what a household can manage, and complete the application together.
• Advisors who earn repeat trust from the families they serve do best. A packed schedule of conversations is not everyone's preference. Onboarding, straightforward scripts, and a team lead support you, and your earnings grow with the results you produce, with strong months rewarded. Requests keep arriving, so your calendar rarely runs thin during the week.

Day to Day

• Return each new request quickly while interest is still fresh.
• Walk through available plans so every choice feels clear.
• Answer questions honestly, even when someone asks them several times.
• Fill out paperwork accurately with the household on the line.
• Circle back later with anyone who wanted more time.
• Log notes after every conversation so nothing gets lost.

Qualifications

• Able to explain complicated things using very simple words.
• Dependable about start times, breaks, and scheduled commitments.
• Self-directed, since nobody watches over your shoulder all day.
• Curious about how benefits work and eager to learn.
• Warm, genuine tone that puts nervous callers at ease.
• Careful with details, because small errors delay applications.
