About the role

Our creative team produces brand identities, print collateral, and digital assets for a wide range of clients. As Client / Graphic Co-ordinator, youll manage client communications, gather design requirements, streamline feedback, and ensure projects progress smoothly from brief to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the graphic design team

• Gather detailed design briefs, assets, and feedback from clients

• Schedule design deliverables, track project progress, and manage revision cycles

• Ensure creative output meets client expectations and brand guidelines before delivery

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in client coordination, account management, or creative agency workflow

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an understanding of design processes

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines

• Familiarity with project management tools and standard design file formats
