About The Role We are looking for a personable and motivated Client Growth Specialist to help expand our client base and develop meaningful relationships with prospective and existing clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, communication, relationship building, and discovering opportunities to help a business grow.

Training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through approved channels
• Build genuine relationships with potential clients
• Learn about prospects' needs and identify appropriate solutions
• Conduct professional follow-ups throughout the client journey
• Support client acquisition and business-growth initiatives
• Maintain organized client and prospect records
• Coordinate consultations, calls, or appointments
• Participate in marketing, networking, and outreach activities
• Track assigned activities and follow-up opportunities
• Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions
