Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
• With at least one (1) year of experience in customer service, client relations, property management, real estate, or a related position is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal professionally with clients.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and email.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.
• Customer-oriented, patient, and committed to providing excellent client service.
• Willing to conduct site visits and attend client appointments as required.
