Client Implementation Engineer

Build configuration and small automations that turn connected software into a working user workflow.

What you'll do:

• Write setup scripts, configuration and small workflow automations.

• Test access and complete user journeys in the intended environment.

• Diagnose setup errors, defects and missing capabilities.

• Maintain practical documentation and evidence of successful setup.

Skills we're looking for:

Coding-capable setup/configuration, API and automation basics, workflow testing, troubleshooting and practical documentation; not an account-management-only role.

Employment: Full-time.

Work arrangement: Hybrid, with 1-2 days per week in person in Paramus, New Jersey.

Salary: $70,000-$150,000 per year.
