Client Implementation ( Supply Chain Finance )

Responsibilities:

• Lead SCF implementation from client onboarding, solution setup, testing, go-live, to post-launch support.
• Engage corporate banking clients to understand business needs and translate them into practical SCF solutions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, IT, Operations, and vendors to deliver smooth and timely implementation.
• Manage implementation timelines, project plans, risks, and key deliverables to ensure successful service launch
• Support process review, data mapping, workflow design, and system integration for corporate clients.
• Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes, tools, documentation, and best practices to enhance efficiency, control, and overall client experience.
• Enhance implementation standards and client experience across SCF and transaction banking services.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate banking, transaction banking, cash management, supply chain finance, or client implementation roles.
• Strong client-facing experience with corporate clients, including requirement gathering, solution discussion, expectation management, and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Solid understanding of banking products, digital banking solutions, implementation processes, system integration, or operational workflows.
• Excellent project coordination, problem-solving, communication, and English skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive results.
