  • Translate analytical findings into recommendations aligned with client objectives, healthcare strategies, and business priorities.
  • Partner with account teams to develop and validate client engagement strategies and identify opportunities for growth and value creation.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, influencers, decision-makers, senior leaders, and external consultants.
  • Present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to client leadership and executive audiences in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and internal consultant for account teams, clients, and cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, clinical, operational, and other business teams to develop data-driven client strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting capabilities, analytical processes, forecasting approaches, and visualization practices.
  • Contribute to strategic projects, product initiatives, and best practices that strengthen healthcare analytics and client reporting.
  • Promote continuous learning, innovation, process improvement, and operational excellence across analytics activities.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, business analytics, consulting, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting healthcare, financial, operational, population health, or similarly complex datasets.
  • Proven ability to transform data into actionable insights and recommendations that influence business outcomes.
  • Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to clients, senior leaders, executive stakeholders, or other decision-makers.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building, influencing, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with an ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and strategic impact.
  • Proficiency with analytical and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Access; experience with SQL and Power BI is preferred.
  • Ability to understand technical processes and contribute to reporting, analytics, forecasting, and visualization enhancements.
  • Strong customer and consultative orientation, with a demonstrated ability to use data-backed recommendations to address complex healthcare and business challenges.

  • Eligibility to participate in an annual bonus plan.
  • Fully remote work arrangement.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning on the first day of employment.
  • Well-being and behavioral health programs.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
