Client Insights & Data Intelligence Analyst (Luxury, contract)

Responsibilities:

Dashboards & CRM Reporting

• Develop and maintain dashboards that provide strategic visibility into client, merchandising, and retail KPIs.
• Coordinate with Central CRM.
• Monitor regional client KPIs and deliver weekly and monthly reports to key stakeholders.

Client Targeting

• Define targeting strategies for key central and regional campaigns.
• Support local markets in developing relevant, store-level campaigns.
• Develop high-end client targeting strategies and client lists for worldwide and regional events.

Client Journeys

• Coordinate with Central Marketing to address regional needs.
• Design and monitor relevant client journeys across the region.

Event Support

• Support the planning and organization of in-boutique and ultra-luxury events.

Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years of clienteling, CRM or retail marketing experience within luxury retail
• Proficient on Microsoft Word and Excel, ideally proficiency in CRM and data visualization platforms
