Are you an experienced Conflicts or New Business Intake professional looking to join a highly respected law firm with exceptional benefits and a collaborative culture?

We're seeking a Client Intake Specialist to play a key role in the firm's Risk Management and New Business Intake team. This is a high-visibility opportunity supporting attorneys and leadership across the firm while handling conflict analysis, new matter intake, and client onboarding processes.

✅ Salary: $72,000 - $75,000

✅ Downtown Dallas Location

✅ Hybrid Schedule: 2 Remote Days/Week After 90 Days

✅ Firm-Paid Parking & Commuter Stipend

✅ Medical, Dental, Vision & 401(k) Starting Day One

What You'll Do

• Conduct and analyze conflict searches for new matters and lateral hires
• Provide guidance to attorneys regarding conflict issues
• Open and maintain client and matter records
• Support billing setup, matter maintenance, transfers, and closures
• Partner with internal departments including General Counsel, Records, and Billing
• Deliver exceptional service to attorneys and firm personnel

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of law firm experience in:
• Conflicts
• New Business Intake
• Risk Management
• Conflict Checks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment
• Experience with Elite 3E, Intapp/Open, or similar systems is a plus
