RB Health Solutions is expanding our Tampa team and looking for personable, detail-oriented individuals to join us as a Client Intake Representative. In this role, you'll be one of the first points of contact for clients and help create a professional, welcoming experience as they begin exploring their health coverage options.

No previous industry experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and the resources needed to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and communicate with prospective clients
• Gather important client information and identify individual needs
• Guide clients through the initial intake process
• Explain available services and next steps clearly
• Maintain accurate and organized client information
• Coordinate client follow-ups with appropriate team members
• Provide professional and responsive client support
