Job Overview

ETA AEROSPACE PVT LTD , MYSURU is looking for a key accounts manager / Client Interface to manage day-to-day communication with clients, coordinate internally with production and other departments, and ensure orders are executed and delivered as per customer requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients.

• Understand client requirements, specifications, drawings, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, stores, dispatch, and management to ensure smooth order execution.

• Regularly follow up with clients regarding orders, priorities, changes, approvals, and delivery requirements.Track order status and provide timely updates to clients.

• Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated to the internal team. Handle client queries, complaints, and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.

• Coordinate regarding delivery schedules, packing details, invoices, and dispatch documentation. Maintain proper records of client communications, orders, commitments, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; technical/engineering qualification will be an advantage.

• 2-3 years of experience in client coordination, customer relationship management, sales coordination, order management, or a similar role.

• Experience in a manufacturing / engineering environment will be preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

• Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate them effectively.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.

• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and attention to detail.
