What You'll Do

As a Client Liaison - Construction, you'll be the key point of contact for customers throughout the construction stage of their building journey, from Ready to Start (RTS) through to handover and beyond. • Managing timeframes right through to completion, including coordinating key handover meetings with clients
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, documentation and file notes to support transparency, compliance and reporting
  • Monitoring progress against timelines and proactively identifying and escalating risks, delays or customer concerns
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing customer feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer journey

  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
