Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular client check-ins to understand needs and foster long-term trust
• Oversee complex calendars, ensuring seamless appointment flows and timely follow-ups
• Manage client accounts, process claims, update records, and handle payment administrative tasks
• Assist in the management of corporate events and use Canva to support administrative visuals
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

About you

• Diploma/A-Level equivalent and above. A private diploma will require a degree
• Strong communication skills to build rapport and foster trust with clients
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Excel, Canva, and Google Workspace
