Client Liaison Officer

About the Role

As our Client Liaison Officer, you will be the key connection between our clients and the KAD Build team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional service, and ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and valued throughout the build process.

Working closely with our clients, suppliers, and internal team, you will be involved in:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their build journey

• Maintaining regular communication and providing timely project updates

• Coordinating selections, documentation, and client correspondence

• Supporting clients through key stages of the construction process

• Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and consultants as required

• Managing client information and ensuring records are accurate and up to date

• Assisting with administration and project coordination to support the wider team

• Delivering a positive and professional client experience at every interaction

As the face of KAD Build for many of our clients, you'll play an important role in maintaining our reputation for quality, communication, and personalised service. We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and genuinely passionate about helping clients bring their dream homes to life.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in client liaison, customer service, administration

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

• A professional, friendly, and approachable manner

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Excellent attention to detail

• Confidence using Microsoft Office and other business systems

• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment

• A proactive attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Experience within the residential construction, building, or property industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
