About the role
As Client Liaison Officer, you'll act as the administrative link between clients and field representatives, ensuring work is completed accurately, compliantly and on time. Key responsibilities include:

• Recording, processing and invoicing work within agreed timeframes
• Conducting quality checks on work received from field agents
• Maintaining accurate records through data entry, updates and correspondence
• Following up on queries and providing excellent client service via phone and email
• Monitoring progress and resolving issues as they arise

About you
You're a detail-oriented administrator who's comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll bring:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role or similar
• Strong computer literacy and database skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
• Satisfactory National Police Check
• Experience in legal administrative processes highly regarded but not essential
