Client Management Analyst

Work Schedule: 9 PM - 6 AM PH Time

Work Location: 19th Floor, Octagon Centre, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Job Description

The Client Management Analyst supports the delivery of high-quality client services by ensuring accurate execution of processes, timely completion of deliverables, and proactive coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, supporting pricing and contract related activities, and providing insights that drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Client Service Delivery – Managing client requests with accuracy, timeliness, and quality
• Pricing & Contract Support – Understanding pricing models, contracts, and documentation processes
• Data Management & Reporting – Maintaining trackers, dashboards, and ensuring data integrity
• Process Execution – Following standardized workflows and ensuring deliverables meet requirements

• Process Improvement – Identifying inefficiencies and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Quality Assurance & Compliance – Ensuring adherence to internal controls, standards, and client requirements

• Cross-functional Coordination – Working with Scheduling, Operations, Admin/Marketing teams

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools (data analysis)
• 1–3 years of experience in Client Management, Account Management, Operations, or similar roles (BPO/shared services experience preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to assess problems and make sound decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Skilled in multitasking and managing competing priorities effectively
• Experienced in working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with pricing models, contracts, or RFP processes is an advantage
