Role Description The Client Manager – Architecture will serve as the primary point of contact for architecture and interiors clients, managing relationships and ensuring service delivery aligned with client expectations. In this full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, the Client Manager will oversee recruitment projects, translate client requirements into clear role briefs, and coordinate with internal recruiters and sourcing teams to fill positions within agreed timelines. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, reviewing portfolios and candidate profiles, aligning talent pipelines with project needs, and tracking progress across multiple mandates. The role will also involve preparing reports, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting interview scheduling and offer negotiations, and providing market insights to help clients make informed hiring decisions. The Client Manager is expected to collaborate closely with leadership to refine processes and contribute to business growth within the architecture and interiors domain.

Qualifications

• Client relationship and account management skills, including the ability to understand architectural workflows, project requirements, and team structures.
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within architecture, interiors, construction, or related design industries.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations and support interview and offer processes.
• Organizational and project management abilities, including handling multiple roles at once, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.
• Familiarity with architecture and design terminology, basic understanding of tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM platforms (exposure sufficient to discuss role requirements with clients).
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to assess candidate fit and provide data-driven hiring recommendations.
• Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing environment in Gurugram, with a collaborative, professional approach to cross-functional teamwork.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Human Resources, Business, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Prior experience in a consulting, staffing, or agency setting is an advantage, along with an interest in the built environment and design industries.
