Client Manager / Business Analyst

Skills Required

• Clarity of communication and structure of thinking
• MBAs preferred ideally, with consulting/domain exposure
• Requires 6+ years (exceptional: 3+) of BA/QA/ data analyst experience in consulting or client-facing delivery with demonstrated portfolio of requirements artifacts and workshop facilitation (8+ stakeholders) across:
• 5+ different projects under
• 3+ different clients with
• 3+ different industry domains
• Experience in managing customer expectations
• Experience in articulating, tracking and delivering value (getting customer sign off)
• Expertise in running design thinking workshops and conducting requirement interviews
• Expertise in eliciting/ identifying unclear/ unstated requirements and shaping the requirements by guiding and structuring the customer (backlog grooming)
• Expertise in identifying and defining the quality framework to test the solution and ability to defend the quality of the solution with customer (Out of scope: test strategy/ test automation/ test execution)
• Expertise in analyzing data and business processes to convert business requirements to requirements specifications (use cases)
• Expertise in managing scope and proven experience in getting customer acceptance in complex project scope

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for customer value delivery
• Owns full requirements traceability, UAT planning, test scenario definition, defect triage, and sign-off throughout delivery lifecycle
• Owns scope and customer expectation management

Preferred candidate profile

• Domain exposure required: chemical engineering, materials manufacturing
• Experience in software engineering

Nice-to-have:

• Expertise in financial impact analysis for releases/ sprints, and managing project budget
• Experience in Pricing and commercial communication and negotiations
• Creates UX wireframes using GenAI without design support; uses visual artifacts for formal client sign-off to reduce downstream ambiguity.
