About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and client-focused Client Manager to manage relationships with existing clients, ensure excellent service delivery, and identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-management skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to coordinate effectively between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Understand clients’ needs and ensure timely delivery of agreed services.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to meet client expectations.
• Conduct regular client check-ins and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Prepare client reports, proposals, presentations, and service updates.
• Handle client enquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Identify opportunities for additional services, renewals, and business growth.
• Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, projects, and deliverables.
• Support the development of client retention and engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 0 - 2years of experience in client management, account management, consulting, customer success, business development, or a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and relevant CRM tools.
• Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lagos (Lagos)
