Client Manager

About the role

As Client Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients — managing enquiries, processing lending and insurance queries, and building relationships that last. You'll take ownership of the client journey end-to-end, while also keeping our administrative operations running smoothly and efficiently. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, juggling priorities, and genuinely making a client's day easier.

Key responsibilities

• Managing customer relationships end-to-end, from first enquiry through to ongoing support
• Handling customer queries via phone and email, including lending and insurance matters
• Following up promptly on leads and new customers
• Processing client-related admin accurately and on time
• Maintaining our customer database
• Answering calls, greeting visitors, and supporting the wider team with enquiries
• Assisting with project-based work as needed
• Bringing ideas to the table to help improve processes and efficiency

About you

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A genuine customer service ethos
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in an admin or client support role
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset — someone who can think on their feet with minimal instruction
