Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to manage, retain, and expand relationships with our portfolio of high-value advertising clients. This role demands deep expertise in TikTok marketing solutions, a proven track record of fostering client success, and exceptional strategic thinking to deliver continuous value and incremental growth for our partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day relationship and serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring their goals are consistently met or exceeded.
• Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) to present performance results, strategic recommendations, and identify opportunities for deeper engagement.
• Collaborate with internal performance teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with client KPIs and strategic objectives.
• Act as a strategic consultant by leveraging deep expertise in TikTok advertising and market data to provide clients with actionable insights and tailored marketing strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., Media Operations, Creative) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in Account Management, Client Success, or strategic consulting within the digital marketing or advertising technology sector.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok marketing solutions and a demonstrated ability to translate technical product features into client business value.
• Exceptional client service and communication skills, with a focus on negotiation, conflict resolution, and long-term relationship building.
• Strong analytical and strategic reasoning abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex performance data to diverse stakeholders.
• English proficiency.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities to manage multiple client priorities in a fast-paced environment.
