Client Migration (Cash Digitization Program)

Bangkok Bank is transforming its Transaction Banking business to adapt to the competitive, regulatory and technical challenges of today’s world. To support this journey, the Corporate Cash Management Product Development Specialist is responsible for owning the development and ongoing technical and operational efficiency for their assigned product(s).

The bank is looking to complement the team by adding a Digital Channels Specialist, focusing on Mobile, Portal, APIs & supporting capabilities for example Authentication

The role presents an opportunity to join a fast paced, highly visible group of individuals passionate about changing the way Transactional Banking is performed.

Job Description:

• Contact customers to communicate the migration from Biz iBanking and Corporate iCash systems.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding migration issues.
• Study the differences between the old system and the new iCash platform (the new platform for Corporate iCash and Biz iBanking).
• Prepare training schedules for individual customers.
• Conduct training sessions on the new system for customers.
• Enter customer migration data into the system to monitor migration progress.
• Perform system testing to ensure iCash supports customer migration.

Qualification:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, IT,  Engineer, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in software implementation, migration projects, or service delivery industry.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, project management, strategic thinking and influence skills
• Fluent (advanced) English language skills (oral and written)
