Client Migration – Implementation Advisor (BTS พร้อมพงษ์ 20K-25K)

About the role

This role supports Relationship Managers in coordinating with customers, branches, and internal banking teams. You will manage new account opening processes from start to finish, handle account information changes, verify customer documents for completeness and compliance with bank requirements, and coordinate with CFS-AML, AFC Operations, CIS Team and related departments. You will provide information and respond to customer inquiries regarding account opening, information changes, and account closure, track work status and ensure processes are completed on schedule, support Cash Management operations, manage post-implementation processes to ensure customers receive services as defined by the bank, and verify that operations comply with KYC, CDD, AML and Regulatory Requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support Relationship Manager (RM) in coordinating with customers, branches, and internal banking teams
• Manage new account opening processes from start to finish
• Handle account information changes such as data corrections or POA
• Verify customer documents are complete, accurate, and comply with bank requirements
• Coordinate with CFS-AML, AFC Operations, CIS Team and related departments
• Provide information and respond to customer inquiries regarding account opening, information changes, and account closure
• Track work status and ensure processes are completed on schedule
• Support Cash Management operations
• Manage post-implementation processes to ensure customers receive services as defined by the bank
• Verify operations comply with KYC, CDD, AML and Regulatory Requirements

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in Client Implementation, Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Corporate Banking Operations, Client Service or related roles
• Foundational knowledge of Account Opening, KYC, CDD, AML and Client Onboarding
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Attention to detail and strong document verification skills
• Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving skills
• Ability to coordinate with customers and multiple departments
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
