Job Description

Knooviq Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Client Onboarding Analyst to support the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition from initial engagement to successful service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with new clients during the onboarding process.
• Collect and verify required client information and documents.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate client records and onboarding documentation.
• Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and online meetings.
• Address basic client queries and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Follow company processes and compliance requirements.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients throughout the onboarding process.
• Prepare onboarding reports and update internal systems.

Requirements

• 0–6 months of experience in client onboarding, customer support, operations, or business development.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professional and client-focused approach.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a corporate environment.
