EuroCTP is a Dutch company which aims to facilitate access to EU real time market data for equities and ETFs. To do so, we are building a reliable, compliant real time consolidation of EU data, attached with related services designed for and with the market community. We have been selected as the consolidated tape provider (CTP) for equities and ETFs in the European Union and are supervised by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). EuroCTP was incorporated on August 23rd, 2023, in the Netherlands. Its shareholders are 16 European exchanges and exchange groups, operating regulated markets in 25 EU countries.  

About the role:

 

 

As a Client Onboarding & Support Intern

, you will support the Head of Sales and the wider commercial team with onboarding and day-to-day client support during this six-month internship.

 

 

You will gain practical experience working with market participants across Europe, supporting onboarding activities, maintaining records and documentation, and helping ensure a smooth client experience. The role offers broad exposure to client onboarding, financial markets, market data, and commercial operations. 

 

This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate who is organised, curious, proactive, and interested in financial markets, technology, and client-facing operations. 

Responsibilities:

 

• Support client onboarding activities by assisting clients throughout the onboarding process, helping them navigate the onboarding portal, understand requirements, and access relevant resources.
• Assist with incoming client queries and basic support requests, coordinating with internal teams when needed and helping ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain CRM records, onboarding trackers, and internal documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of client communications, onboarding materials, and user guides.
• Coordinate with commercial, legal, and technical teams to help ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Participate in client calls and internal meetings, taking notes and following up on action items where appropriate.
• Contribute ideas to improve onboarding processes, documentation, and client support workflows.

Candidate requirements:

 

 

• Recent graduate or final-year student in in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and internal stakeholders in a professional environment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of technology and digital platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools; experience with CRM systems is a plus but not required.
• Interest in financial markets, market data, fintech, or capital markets.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
