Client Onboarding, Assistant Manager/Manager

We are seeking a high-caliber Client Onboarding Assistant Manager/Manager to oversee our end-to-end client account opening, KYC/CDD, and lifecycle management workflows across all five regulated activities (SFC Type 1, 2, 4, 5 & 9)

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Customer Due Diligence (KYC) checks for new client onboarding, regular periodic reviews, and trigger events for both individual and institutional clients
• Review and verify customer account documentation in strict compliance with local regulations and internal policies
• Handle time-sensitive daily procedures, account opening checks, and futures reconciliation before trading hours
• Deliver annual compliance tasks, including Professional Investor (P.I.) renewals, Standing Authority, tax compliance (CRS & FATCA)
• Partner with main operation units on upcoming system migration projects and other related assignments as required

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5years of experience in client onboarding or client operations (KYC/CDD) from brokerage or SFC licensed firms, with a focus in futures operations
• Sound knowledge of SFC and HKEX regulations, AML/KYC guidelines, and CRS requirements
• Exceptional attention to details, independent, good time-management skills to handle time-sensitive duties, and a good analytical mind
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external parties
• Experience in using Ayers and SPClearing system is an advantage
• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese
• Immediate available/with short notice period is highly preferred
