Client Onboarding Executive - Immediate joiners

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated *Client Onboarding Executive* to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of sales experience and be fluent in English communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client onboarding and guide clients through the onboarding process.

• Communicate with prospective and existing clients through calls and other channels.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Achieve assigned sales and onboarding targets.

• Maintain accurate records and update CRM/MIS regularly.

• Coordinate with internal teams for successful client onboarding.

Requirements

• Minimum *1 year of sales experience*.

• *Fluent English communication* is mandatory.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Ability to handle clients professionally.
