Client Onboarding (Operations Department)

Key Responsibilities :

• Process account opening, account closure, and customer information maintenance requests across all service channels.
• Review and verify customer information and supporting documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform KYC, CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, PEP screening, and customer risk assessment in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Assess customer profiles, UBO structures, investor classification, and tax status under applicable regulations.
• Ensure compliance with AML/CFT, FATCA, CRS, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate onboarding and account maintenance processes.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related fields.

• 2-5 years of experience in Client Onboarding, KYC/CDD, AML Compliance, Securities Operations, or related functions.

• Good understanding of KYC/CDD, EDD, AML/CFT, FATCA/CRS, sanctions screening, PEP reviews, investor classification, and account opening requirements.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
